At benkaduv, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item for any reason, please review our policy below. This policy applies to all orders shipped within Malaysia.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (When can you return?)
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
You can request a return or exchange in the following scenarios:

You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).

You changed your mind and no longer want the item (change of mind). Note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items:

Gift cards or downloadable software.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (User Actions)
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
3. RETURNS FOR REFUND
REFUND TIMELINE & PROCESS:

Inspection: Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we will inspect it within 1-3 business days.

Approval: We will notify you via email once your return is approved or rejected.

Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

Refund Path: The money will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, online banking, etc.).

Receiving Your Money: Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction. You can expect to see the funds in your account within 7 days after we process the refund, though it is often sooner.
IMPORTANT: Your refund will be issued within 7 days of our approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank.
4. EXCHANGES
If you need the same item in a different size or color, or if the item arrived damaged and you need a replacement:

Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship your new item to you free of charge.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (Who pays?)

If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
